Please note this is a remote consultant position.



Responsibilities

Create designs for BBTV’s YouTube, Instagram & TikTok ContentCreators that will be displayed on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
Create key visuals and branding in support of Creators’ projects and campaigns
Contribute to the development of motion animations for our Creators.
Collaborate with other designers and producers on video and motion projects
Contribute creatively and strategically to projects with other members of the design team
Contribute to other creative initiatives across the company as needed.


Requirements

An amazing portfolio showcasing your best work and the thought process behind it.
Post-Secondary Education in Digital Design, or 2-3 year of directly related experience
1 year of previous professional experience designing for online media and brands.
Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects
The ability to create compelling graphics, animations, icons, and layouts for web
An expert in motion design with an understanding of the world of moving pictures
The ability to propose solutions through pencil, paper, wireframes, and mockups
Experience working with stakeholders to solve business problems through design
An understanding of fundamental marketing and branding principles
Experience adapting marketing materials and content to various social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Facebook)
Experience creatively executing within brand guidelines
Self-directed ability to manage tasks and projects from concept to completion
Ability to execute multiple projects under pressure and beat tight deadlines
Meticulous and proven attention to detail
