LOCATION: Remote — Latin America EMPLOYER: U.S.-based company ABOUT THE COMPANY We are a U.S.-based company developing a remote agency that works with adult content creators across Latin America. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead model recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development. RESPONSIBILITIES • Recruit and evaluate adult models interested in working from home. • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates across Latin America. • Conduct interviews and explain collaboration terms and commission structures. • Train models on platform procedures, account setup, online safety, privacy, and professional communication. • Support onboarding and ongoing performance improvement. • Monitor activity, retention, and performance metrics. • Provide weekly reports to management. • Ensure recruitment is voluntary, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws and platform rules. REQUIREMENTS • Experience in an adult webcam agency, creator management, or adult entertainment recruitment. • Proven ability to recruit and retain candidates. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Spanish fluency preferred; Portuguese is an advantage. • Ability to work independently remotely. • Ethical and professional approach to working with adult content creators. COMPENSATION Negotiable based on experience. Fixed monthly payment, performance-based bonuses, or a combination may be considered.
