Responsabilitties: - Manage our local sites in Ciudad del Este on a daily basis. - Oversee the Company Repairing centers in Ciudad Del Este. - Manage conflict resolution, client conflicts and concerns, communication with clients. - Perform supervisory duties. Monitoring and managing a team of technical specialists. - Hiring, recruiting, or training technical staff. - Acting as the technical point of contact for the company, client and outside productions. Qualifications: - Spanish & English Required. Written and verbal. - Based in Ciudad del Este - More than 5 years experience in Repairing IT devices (Laptops, Smartphones, etc) - Previous experience managing technical teams (3-5 people) - Demonstrated excellent customer service and great communication skills - Project Management experience - Age 27-33 - Able to travel for work - Male or female
